1. Customer Communications & Developing Presentations
Marketing and sales approach to business development. This 16 hour seminar will strengthen communication and presentation skills, and will lead to more effective meetings with clients / customers. Segments are designed to provide positive customer relationship building that will develop win / win outcomes. Participants develop and deliver eight presentations with the final one being a 10-minute business development presentation.

2. Develop & Implement a Marketing Plan
This consulting project will create a results-oriented and strategic marketing plan by following an 8 step-planning model. Your Company will organize a fact-finding analysis, set a marketing strategy and develop supporting marketing programs. You will use a teambuilding approach to develop this Plan and build an action plan for Implementation.

3. Management & Leadership Training
A profitable action approach to the management functions of planning, organizing, directing and controlling, with segments designed for creativity, effective meetings, time management and delegation skills. Continuous improvement approach to leadership skill development, with segments designed for communication, motivation, human relations and teambuilding.

B. Workshops --- Company specific programs

1. Strategic Planning --- create a 3 year company strategic plan and a 1-year department plan. Participants will organize an approach and develop the Plan using an 8-step Model.

2. Organizing / Time Management --- to show how to develop a results oriented position description and then to train employees in the process. Participants learn to prioritize their jobs and a self-management approach to more profitable action.

3. Delegation & Control --- provides a rationale and the skills for effective delegation. Participants will use a 7-step Delegation model and build a Positive Control System.

4. Effective Meetings --- plan and conduct more productive meetings. This workshop provides the leadership skills for better meetings and a meeting checklist for execution.

5. Communications --- to realize the communication barriers that exist between people. Develop the skills for empathetic listening and positive solutions to people situations.

6. Teambuilding --- to show the methods to build an effective team that will achieve company goals. Participants will develop the skills that will effectively lead a team.

7. Customer/Client Relations --- this workshop provides the skills to uncover your customer’s interests and wants and than lead them to your mutual positive results.
