| He ultilizes client input to develop profit generating programs and action plans that satisfy the specific needs of the companies he services. His approach is strengthening the business skills of the key managers in these companies through knowledgeable trainging and coaching. His core values are personal customer service, goal setting/results oriented action,
positive relationship building and empathetic communication. These values and his
action programs motivate his clients to more productive and profitable action with the
spirit of continuous improvement. And, his positive coaching ability develops and
strengthens the skills of the key managers so they improve and grow.
Bob has over thirty years of management and marketing experience with JCPenney.
During that period, he also has twenty-three years of experience as a certified instructor
in effective speaking/human relations and leadership training for managers with Dale
Carnegie. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Hofstra University in
Hempstead, New York and a Masters degree from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn,
New York. He had been a conference speaker and presented several workshops in direct
marketing and emarketing for the Institute for International Research. He was recently President of the DFW Interactive Marketing Association.
